How long does the experience last?

The Labryinto Experience Package has programming that begins from December 28th until January 3rd. We will be announcing a series of events and activations across these days.

Where are the music events taking place?

The music events will take place on the Guanacaste coast with about 40min drive from Tamarindo and 45min-1 hour from Nosara.

What is included in the Ticket of Trust?

Ticket of trust provides access to 3 parties including December 30, December 31 and another option between December 29 or January 2.

Where should we stay?

We encourage our guests to stay anywhere between Nosara and Tamarindo. We have also setup a concierge service to help with luxury accommodations. please email us at info@labryinto.com for more info.

How to get there?

You can fly into either Liberia (LIR) or San Jose (SJO) airport. Liberia is closest and is a 2 hour drive from Nosara and 60min from Tamarindo.

San José airport is a 4 hour drive from Nosara and Tamarindo.

Guests also have the option of taking the regional flight from San Jose to Nosara. www.flysansa.com

Additionally groups have the option to charter a private plan.

What is the refund policy?

Music Packages: Refunds will be granted by December 1, 2022.

Yes, if you are planning to drive we offer parking to our guest. The parking has a cost of $10 we only accept cash for the parking.
You need a SUV to get to the venue since there’s 2 small rivers you need to cross.
The wristband is the only access and payment method of the festival.
The festival wristband is your key to getting into the venue and your go – to way to pay at our bars for drinks.
We will be having 3 locations for wristband pick up: Selina Nosara, Selina Tamarindo, and the venue. We will be announcing pick up schedule closer to the event. Please follow our official Instagram page @labryinto for more updates on pick up schedule.
Only the original purchaser can pick up the wristband. A valid photo ID, digital ticket- Qr code are required at the time of pick up.
Entrance to the main festival venue is allowed only with a valid and undamaged ticket/wristband. No replacement tickets/wristbands will be issued under any circumstances if lost, damaged or unusable for any other reason. The event organizers will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets/wristbands.
Labryinto Festival accepts various payment methods. The festival bar exclusively operates with cashless payments using an RFID-chip-based system integrated into your wristband. This system offers a quicker, more convenient, and secure way to make purchases at the festival. For La Plaza, our marketplace featuring food and shops, payment options include Sinpe Móvil, PayPal, cash, or credit card.
Yes, it will be the only way to pay inside the festival. You can recharge it at the cashless point on the festival grounds with cash or card. You can also recharge your wristband with the cashless app. Please follow our main Instagram page @labryinto for updates and instructions in how to recharge your wristband with the app closer to the festival dates.
No. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol or food. We will be offering many food and drink options which you can purchase inside the festival.
Yes. There will be vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available on site.
There will be several water stations that contains free, clean drinking water in the main site. Please make sure to bring your cup that you can refill. Water will also be available to purchase at the bars throughout the site.
Absolutely! This event operates on a 100% bring-your-own-cup. While we do sell cups at the bar, we strongly encourage our guests to bring their own, as we won’t be providing cups. Embracing this eco-friendly approach helps us reduce waste, and for those with table reservations, cups are included.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Fees are non-refundable. For more details, please see the full terms and conditions here. Given the impact of unexpected regional conflicts and geopolitical events, we acknowledge the unique circumstances. Refund requests related to these events will be considered until November 25th.
Yes, refunds are only-on site, with a maximum of 20% of the balance per guest reload. For instance, if a guest loads 100 USD, they can receive a refund of 20 USD. We encourage guests to spend the remaining balance at the event. Please be aware that cashless transactions are applicable only for purchasing beverages.
Our system doesn’t permit date changes. To fix this, we’ll refund your original ticket for the incorrect dates. Secure the correct ticket, email proof of purchase to info@labryinto.com, and share details of the previous ticket. We’ll process the refund once the correct one is booked.
While refunds aren’t available for name changes, we can assist with the process of changing the name. Email us at info@labryinto.com with details, including the original ticket owner’s full name, email, screenshot of the QR code, and payment ID. Also, provide the full name and email of the new person.
